- 11 tsp fresh minced rosemary leaf
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb red onion, cut crosswise into 1/2" slices
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced, fine
Инструкции
- Heat rosemary and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat. Remove fom heat and let stand covered for 20 min.
- Arrange onion slices on a tray and brush oil over onions.
- Season with salt and pepper an d grill 4-6 min per side till lightly charred.
- Transfer onions to a large bowl and toss with vinegar mix, parsley and salt and pepper.
