Ингредиенты
- 1/4 pound marshmallows (16-20 lg.)
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 6 ounce. cream cheese, cubed
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1 c. minced nuts
Инструкции
- Heat marshmallows in lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in lowfat milk marshmallows. Stir in cream cheese till melted. Cold to room temperature. Add in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into large mold that has been sprayed with a light layer of cooking spray (Pam). Chill several hrs till hard.
