- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 16 ounce tomatoes with green chilis
- 32 ounce brussel sprouts
- 1 x jalapeno sliced paper-thin
- 1 x cayenne pepper sliced paper-thin

- This can cook all day or possibly for 7 hrs on LOW heat in crockpot. I precook thechicken with the garlic pwdr and lemon pepper in the microwave for 10 minuteson MEDIUM. Place chicken in crockpot top with tomatoes with green chilis, hotpeppers and brussel sprouts.
- Serve with rice or possibly alone.

- NOTES : For those of you who do not like spicy food, substitute a mild salsa inplace of tomatoes with green chilis and omit jalapeno & cayenne pepper.
