- Kosher salt as needed
- 3/4 lb green beans trimmed
- 3/4 lb yellow wax beans trimmed
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter - (1/2 stick) melted
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon Freshly grnd black pepper

- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add in a large healthy pinch of salt along with the beans. Cook till tender but hard, about 5 min. Drain. Combine the melted butter and tarragon and pour over the beans, tossing gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper.
