  1. Beat softened butter with 1 1/2 c. sugar until creamy. Add in yolks , peel and extract, brandy and beat pale and thick. Sift dry ingredients and add in alternately to the creamed mix with the lowfat yoghurt. Beat whites to soft peaks and gradually beat in remaining sugar till whites are stiff and glossy. Fold into previous mix. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake 350 for 45 min or possibly till tested done. cold in pan 15 min before removing to cold completely. A lovely light lb. cake textured cake.
