- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr, or possibly more to taste
- 3 lb Pork spareribs

- Lemon juice oregano
- Combine butter and garlic. Rub garlic mix on both sides of ribs.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice all over ribs. Sprinkle oregano all over ribs.
- Place in oven. Bake at 350 F for 45 min to 1 hour. Baste lemon juice over meat several times during baking and just before serving.
- Makesexcellent finger food! Serves 4.
