Рецепт Greek Pasta Salad
This is my last recipe for September where our recipe theme has been to use items from your pantry. I must admit, though, apart from the pasta a few of the ingredients aren’t perhaps in most pantries. They are in mine since we love olives and I’m a cheese fanatic with usually at least 5 or 6 varieties in the fridge at any given time. If you need to pick up a few of these items I think you will find it well worth doing so. This is a favorite at my house and the longer it sits in the fridge the better – not that it gets to for too long!
Ингредиенты
- 12 oz package bow tie pasta
- 1 cup canned olives, drained, reserve liquid, chopped
- 6 tablespoons roasted red pepper sandwich spread
- ½ cup of the reserved liquid from olives
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup feta cheese
Инструкции
- Cook pasta.
- Chop olives.
- Mix the reserved liquid and sandwich spread.
- Toss together the pasta, olives, liquid mixture, onions and feta cheese.
