Ingredients: 4 c. Grated sweet potatoes; 1 c. Cane syrup; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Butter; 3 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. Minced nuts; 1 c. Raisins; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Allspice; 1/2 tsp Cloves

Ингредиенты

4 c. Grated sweet potatoes
1 c. Cane syrup
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Butter
3 x Large eggs
1/2 c. Minced nuts
1 c. Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Cloves

Инструкции

Heat butter in a heavy, oven-proof skillet. Mix all ingredients together.
Pour mix into the warm pan of butter, stir till heated. Put skillet in 350 degrees oven and bake. When crusted around edge and top, turn under and let the crust form again. Do this twice, allowing the last to remain on sides and top, about 40 min. Serve with sweetened cream or possibly ice cream.
