  1. This recipe is for 1 gallon. I made 5 gallons. I double checked all my calculations and everything is right. Starting specific gravity was 1.090. I didn't filter the wine, just racked to clear. Finished specific gravity is 0.990 and I've sweetened some of the wine to 1.006. The wine still has no flavor, just sweetened alcohol.
