- 6 x Granny Smith apples peel, core
- 2/3 c. lemon juice or possibly lime, or possibly combination
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Granny Smith apple wine

- Thinly slice 5 of the apples; puree in a blender or possibly food processor. In a glass or possibly ceramic bowl, combine puree with the lemon or possibly lime juice. Add in sugar and wine, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Pour mix into electric ice cream maker. Process till hard, following manufacturer's instructions. Serve or possibly freeze for later use.
