- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup, preferably light Karo
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 plain pastry pie crust

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Large eggs. Add in sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter. Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry crust. Arrange pecans in a layer on top of crust. Add in egg mix. Bake 50-60 min till golden. Nuts will rise to the top to create a crusted layer. 6-8 servings.
