- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 5 c. flour

- Mix all ingredients well. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters or possibly roll into a 1 inch ball and flatten with a spoon. Bake till done. Don't over bake. Oven 350 degrees. Makes 6 dozen.
