Ингредиенты

1 3/4 c. [granulated] sugar
1 c. butter or possibly shortening
2 x Large eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Pure vanilla Extract

Инструкции

Cream together sugar and butter or possibly shortening. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Gradually add in flour, baking soda and salt, then add in vanilla extract.
Knead dough and roll it out on floured surface. Cut with biscuit cutter or possibly glass tumbler. Bake in 325 degree oven for 8 to 10 min.
