1 c. veal demi-glace, see recipe
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste

Инструкции

Combine the mustard, demi-glace, vinegar, salt and pepper in a saucepan; mix well.
Simmer till reduced to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Yields variable servings.
