Ингредиенты
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/4 tsp grnd allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, grated
- 1 pch ginger
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix the ingredients, in order, one at a time. Stir well after each addition.
- Pour batter into a 9 x 9 inch cake pan which's been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray & dusted with flour.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Frost with your choice of:"Seven Minute Frosting"
- "Creamy Caramel Frosting"
- "ButterCream Frosting"
- "Chocolate ButterCream Frosting"
- You can also make cupcakes by pouring batter in prepared muffin tins & baking for 15 min.
