- 1 pound grnd pork
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. flavored bread crumbs
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can tomatoes, minced, juice and all
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- Salt to taste
