Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 pound grnd pork
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 can tomatoes, minced, juice and all
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
  • Salt to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients well; form into a loaf in a greased baking dish. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
