Ingredients: 1 lb Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded; 1 Tbsp. Flour; 1 c. Flat beer or possibly white wine; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 tsp Mustard, dry; 1 Tbsp. Butter; 1 x Egg, beaten Chunked French bread

Ингредиенты

1 lb Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Flat beer or possibly white wine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Mustard, dry
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 x Egg, beaten Chunked French bread

Инструкции

Sprinkle flour onto cheese and toss Place liquor, worcestershire saucw, mustard and butter over medium heat and heat till bubbles form. Add in cheese, a handful at a time, stirring so which it melts before adding more. When mix is thick, add in a little cheese to beaten egg and then add in egg to cheese Serve with bread.
