- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Apricot jam

- Put meat, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Roast in electric oven at 325 degrees till meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 1-3/4 hrs.
- Combine jam, juice, and ginger; brush onto meat. Continue cooking till thermometer registers 170 degrees, basting occasionally with sauce to create glaze.
