Ингредиенты
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Инструкции
- Combine first 6 ingredients and blend well. Combine water and cornstarch and blend well. Stir into lime juice mix. Cook over medium heat till mix thickens, stirring frequently. Place chicken in 8x12 inch baking dish. Add in marinade, turn to coat and marinate for 10 min. Heat grill (Jennaire, gas or possibly charcoal). Grill for 15 to 20 min, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with marinade.
- Serves 4.
