Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 lb Grnd pork
- 1/2 c. Onion, fine minced
- 1 c. Applesauce
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1 c. Bread crumbs (see note)
- 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Lightly ooiol a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place meatloaf mix in pan.
- Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Let cold 10 - 15 min. Turn out of pan. Slice and serve.
- NOTE: if necessary, add in more bread crumbs, a Tbsp. at a time, to make loaf hard.
