- 2 jar apple jelly - (16 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. pressed garlic
- 1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 4 tsp white vinegar

- Heat apple jelly in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring often. Stir in parsley and next 3 ingredients. Pour into jars or possibly freezer containers. Cold. Cover and freeze up to 6 months. (Jelly won't freeze solid.)
- Serve over cream cheese or possibly Brie, or possibly use as a basting sauce for chicken or possibly pork.
