- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 c. Green Onion, Finely Minced
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. Mayonnaise

- Mix the garlic, minced green onion tops and bottoms, and the oil thoroughly. Add in the mayonnaise and blend the mix well, till the oil is absorbed into the mayonnaise. Cover and chill.
- Makes about 2 1/2 c. ofdip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Asparagus, Red Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Potato Skins, Roast Beef, Turkey
