- 3/4 c. old white cheddar cheese
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 T Accent
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6-8 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
- Dash of Worcestershire

- Mix all ingredients in blender and chill at least 4-8 hrs (overnight is best). Right before ready to serve blend again. May need to add in a little water.
