- 4 ounce Mushrooms,Button
- 1/2 x Green Bell Pepper --
- 1/8 x -inch strips
- 1/2 c. Olives,Black,Sliced
- 1/4 c. Onions,Green -- Sliced
- 1 can Garbanzos,Liquid removed -- 15-ounce
- 1/2 c. Yogurt,Plain
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Cumin,Grnd
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/8 tsp Tumeric,Grnd Lettuce Leaves
- 2 x Tomatoes,Ripe,Fresh -- Wedges

- 1-Drain beans, and mushrooms ,if you are using canned mushrooms. Mix beans, mushrooms, green pepper, olives and onions. Chill till well chilled; at least 2 hrs. Just before serving, toss salad with yogurt dressing.
