- Canola oil spray
- 1 x (18.(9-oz) package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti cake mix
- 1/3 c. orange juice or possibly low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 lrg egg
- 2 lrg egg whites Powdered sugar (optional)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a cookie sheet with oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together cake mix, orange juice, egg and egg whites till an even dough forms.
- Use cookie scoop (or possibly level 1/8 c. measure) to create dough into balls. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. If you would like, you can flatten each cookie ball to a 1/4 inch thickness using the flat bottom of a glass dipped in powdered sugar.
- Bake till edges are light golden, about 8 min. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
- Makes 24 cookies.
