- 1 1/2 c. Martha Gooch Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa

- Cake forms on the top with a fudgy pudding sauce on the bottom
- Combine mix, sugar, cocoa, nuts, lowfat milk and vanilla in a 8" pan.
- Combine brown sugr and cocoa and sprinkle over the mix in the pan.
- Carefully pour 1 1/2 c. boiling water over all. Don't STIR! Bake at 350x F for 35-40 min or possibly till edges pull away from the sides of the pan. Cold in the pan 15 min before serving.
- Variation: Omit nuts and add in 1 c. miniature marshmallows.
