Ингредиенты

1/2 c. raisins
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. minced pecans
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs, to 4
1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each. add in lowfat milk and creeeam together, tehn add in fruit and flour mixtue.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. Test for being done. After cake cools, pour blackberry wine over cake.
Makes 1 loaf.
