- 1 x mango skinned and seed removed
- 1 x frzn banana
- 2 scoop Better Than Lowfat milk Soy Pwdr
- 8 ounce cool water or possibly orange juice

- Place all into blender and blend. Add in extra juice or possibly water to adjust consistency.
- To remove the skins from frzn bananas, I place them into a bowl of warm water while I prepare the rest of my ingredients. Then I cut off the blossom end and squeeze out the banana into the blender.
