- 280 gm prepared fruit e.g. apples plums pears
- 25 gm brown sugar
- 1 tsp mixed spice optional
- 168 gm shortcrust pastry lowfat milk to glaze

- Method1. Place prepared fruit in bottom of ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with sugar and spices.
- 2. Roll out pastry to fit pie dish and place on top of fruit. Trim edges and glaze with lowfat milk.
- 3. Cook in oven till top crust is golden.
