- 1 c. green seedless grapes
- 1 c. cubed cantaloupe
- 1 c. cubed fresh pineapple
- 1 can mandarin oranges - (11 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 x nectarine cut 1/2" pcs
- 1/2 c. halved strawberries
- 1/2 c. thin jicama strips
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 ct orange low-fat yogurt - (8 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil Fresh basil sprig for garnish

- Combine first 9 ingredients. Refrigerate1 hour.
- Stir together yogurt and minced basil. Spoon over fruit mix, and garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: Leftover jicama can be substituted for water chestnuts in stir-fries.
