Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 1 lb Grnd beef, lean; 3 cl Garlic, peeled & crushed; 1/2 c. Half & half; 3/4 c. Spaghetti sauce; 3/4 c. Beef gravy, canned; 1/4 c. Cheese, parmesan, grated; 1 tsp Oregano; 1/2 tsp Rosemary; 3/4 lb Penne pasta; 1 c. Mozzarella, grated

Ингредиенты

2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 lb Grnd beef, lean
3 cl Garlic, peeled & crushed
1/2 c. Half & half
3/4 c. Spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. Beef gravy, canned
1/4 c. Cheese, parmesan, grated
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Rosemary
3/4 lb Penne pasta
1 c. Mozzarella, grated

Инструкции

Broil 4 qts water. Heat a large skillet and add in the oil, beef, and garlic. Saute/fry till meat is tender. Drain. Add in all other ingredients except the cheese and pasta. Simmer the mix while the pasta cooks.
Drain pasta and mix it with the sauce. Pour into 3 qt baking dish and top with the cheese. Bake 350F for 25 min.
