- 1 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shortening
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 8-9 c. flour
Инструкции
- Dissolve water and yeast in bowl. Add in sugar, salt, and shortening to hot lowfat milk when slightly cooled. Add in large eggs to lowfat milk also put together to yeast and stir in 6 cups of flour, stir. Add in 2 more cups of flour and knead, using 9 cups of flour on table. Let raise double; roll. Put immediately in freezer.Don't wrap. Cover with foil. Don't keep more then 2 weeks take out 3 hrs before baking and let rise to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
