Name: Fried Cornmeal Balls
Ingredients: 2 c. yellow cornmeal; 1 c. flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1 lrg grated onion; 1 tsp garlic flakes; 1/4 tsp dry red pepper; 4 tsp bacon drippings; 2 x Large eggs, beaten oil

Ингредиенты

2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking pwdr
1 lrg grated onion
1 tsp garlic flakes
1/4 tsp dry red pepper
4 tsp bacon drippings
2 x Large eggs, beaten oil

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients except Large eggs. Add in Large eggs and sufficient water to make a fairly stiff dough. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut and 'fry in very warm oil till golden.
