2 c. yellow cornmeal 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking pwdr 1 lrg grated onion

1 tsp garlic flakes 1/4 tsp dry red pepper 4 tsp bacon drippings 2 x Large eggs, beaten oil

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except Large eggs. Add in Large eggs and sufficient water to make a fairly stiff dough. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut and 'fry in very warm oil till golden.
