- 2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick
- 1 c. Egg Beaters 99% Egg Substitute or possibly 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. Apple Cider
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs till light. Add in Bisquick mix and fresh cider.
- Mix till smooth.
- Pour onto warm griddle (greased if necessary).
- Cook till edges are dry.
- Turn, cook till golden brown.
- Makes about 12 pancakes. Top with applesauce instead of syrup.
- These were very good.
- NOTES : This might be a good one for using leftover mulled cider. [Mary Curtis]
