Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. oil; 1 tsp soda; 2 c. sugar; 2 tsp vanilla; 3 x Large eggs; 3 med Red Rome apples (or possibly 4); 3 c. flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 c. walnuts; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 pkt butterscotch morsels (8 ounce) divided Frosting recipe follows

1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 x Large eggs
3 med Red Rome apples (or possibly 4)
3 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pkt butterscotch morsels (8 ounce) divided Frosting recipe follows

Cream togeather for 3 min the oil, sugar,and Large eggs. Add in flour,salt, soda, and Vanilla. Mix until smooth; batter will be stiff. Add in apples, cored, not peeled, and cut into pcs. add in walnuts, cut into pcs Add in 1/2 Butterscotch Morsels... Bake 1 hour and 15 min at 350 in Bundt cake pan.
Frosting1 stick margarine1/2 c. Brown sugar1/2 package butterscotch morsels
Bring to boil. cold for 20 min pour over cake while cake is still hot out of oven...this is really a yummy cake!!!
