Yes, that's mouthful of a recipe name but I wanted to mention all of these fantastic things about it!
I made these for a charity event to help my team last a 10-hour dancathon which you might be interested to read about (see link below recipe!)
This was made in a 13 x 8" baking tin and cuts into 15 squares.
Ингредиенты
- 2 over ripe bananas (225g)
- 100g peanut butter
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g coconut
- 425g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 125g Greek yogurt
- 350ml milk
Инструкции
- Mash the banana with the peanut butter and yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in the sugar and eggs.
- Fold in the coconut, oats and baking powder.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Pour into a lined rectangular tin and bake at 170 degrees C for 30-40 minutes until lightly golden.
