- 1 pkt Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese - (8 ounce) cubed
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. green onion slices
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon leaves crushed
- 2 x egg yolks beaten
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 x beef flank steak - (abt 1 1/2 lbs)

- In saucepan, combine cream cheese, lowfat milk, green onions and tarragon. Stir over low heat till cream cheese is melted. Stir small amount of warm cream cheese mix into egg yolks. Return to warm mix. Stir in wine and juice. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat 1 minute or possibly till thickened.
- Score steak on both sides. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. With knife slanted, carve steak across grain into thin slices. Serve with cream cheese mix.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
