Ingredients: 1 c. water plus; 2 Tbsp. water; 3 c. bread flour; 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; 1 Tbsp. sugar plus; 1 1/2 tsp sugar; 3/4 tsp salt; 1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast; 3/4 c. small pimiento-stuffed olives well liquid removed

Ингредиенты

1 c. water plus
2 Tbsp. water
3 c. bread flour
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar plus
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
3/4 c. small pimiento-stuffed olives well liquid removed

Инструкции

Place the ingredients, except olives, in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
Add in olives at raisin/nut signal or possibly 5 - 10 min before last kneading cycle ends.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
