- Mix all Pasilla Chile BBQ Sauce ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 min on each side for medium-rare.
