- 1 x Pastry for 9" pie
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar brown
- 1 c. Corn syrup
- 3 x Large eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Pecans halved or possibly pcs
Инструкции
- Cook Time:50 Precook 9" pastry shell for 5 min at 425F. (I use Speedy Pat-in-Pastry). Turn down oven to 350F.Cream butter and sugar, add in syrup, Large eggs and vanilla. Mix well, then add in pecans. Pour into prepared crust and bake in 350F oven until filling is hard, about 40 to 50 min. Cold before cutting.
