Ingredients: 1 c. Flour; 1 c. Oats, rolled (raw) quick; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 c. Raisins; 1/3 c. Light corn syrup; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 x Egg whites

Ингредиенты

1 c. Flour
1 c. Oats, rolled (raw) quick
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c. Raisins
1/3 c. Light corn syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Egg whites

Инструкции

Spray cookie sheets with no stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients and raisins in large bowl. Add in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir till well blended (Dough will be stiff).
Drop by rounded tsp. onto cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 min or possibly till just hard. Don't overbake, Remove, cold on wire rack.
