Bow tie pasta with clams, mushrooms, and pesto.
Ингредиенты
- 6 oz Baby Bella mushrooms sliced
- 3 lg cloves of minced garlic
- 6.5 oz can of clams
- 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 TB Basil pesto
- 1/2 lb of Farfalle pasta
- Shaved Romano, Asiago, and Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Инструкции
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat saute pan then add the EVOO.
- Saute mushrooms and minced garlic until mushrooms are cooked.
- Add clams saute until heated through.
- Toss pesto in the pasta with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with shaved cheese and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
