- 2 c. Fine Ritz crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine -- melted
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs -- beaten
- 16 ounce Can creamed corn
Инструкции
- Heat butter and mix with crumbs. Beat Large eggs till frothy. Add in lowfat milk and corn to Large eggs. Salt and pepper as desired. Add in 2/3 of crumbs Pour into a shallow baking dish (approximately 8x11 inches). Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 40 min. Top should be lightly browned and middle should be set.
