- 1 Tbsp. chopped yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Emeril's Red Pepper Sauce (or possibly other warm sauce)
- 1 pch sugar Salt to taste
