Ингредиенты

2 lb round steak fat trimmed
1/4 c. flour Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
1 x onion minced
8 ounce beef gravy
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

Slice steak into 1/2- by 3-inch strips. Toss in mix of flour, salt and pepper; place in slow cooker. Pour in onion, gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till steak is tender.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or possibly noodles.
