Ингредиенты
- 110 gm Fresh Elderflowers
- 300 ml Boiling Spring Water
- 2 Tbsp. Eau de cologne
Инструкции
- 1. Put elderflowers in a bowl and bruise them with a wooden spoon
- 2. Pour over boiling water and stir for a few seconds
- 3. Leave to infuse and cold
- 4. Strain and add in Eau de Cologne. Transfer to a jug and use a funnel to pour it into a clean jar or possibly bottle.
