Ингредиенты

  • 110 gm Fresh Elderflowers
  • 300 ml Boiling Spring Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Eau de cologne

Инструкции

  1. Put elderflowers in a bowl and bruise them with a wooden spoon
  2. Pour over boiling water and stir for a few seconds
  3. Leave to infuse and cold
  4. Strain and add in Eau de Cologne. Transfer to a jug and use a funnel to pour it into a clean jar or possibly bottle.
