- 9 or possibly 12 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 slices bread, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 lbs. pork sausage
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

- Brown sausage, drain. Beat Large eggs add in lowfat milk, salt, mustard and stir. Add in fresh bread crumbs, sausage, cheese and stir. Put in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and chill overnight.
